Reality check

It's important to recognize that some of my students struggle with distinguishing between trauma healing and delusion.

To determine if you are delusional or not, it's crucial to assess the source of your actions and reactions, which can be done by placing yourself in a similar situation to the one that caused the trauma.

Regular reality checks are essential to understand where you stand within yourself, whether you are truly listening to your inner voice and observing your actions.

Are you reflecting or deflecting? By answering these questions, you can gain insight into your traumas, how you have dealt with them, and what you may be avoiding.

However, it's also possible that your mind resists seeing reality because it prefers to stay within its comfort zone.

In summary, it's important to stay true to yourself and not lose sight of your path, as it can be quite easy to do so.

Surrounding yourself with supportive individuals will aid you on your journey.

I can personally attest to this, as I have been fortunate to meet people who have empowered me to the next step, allowing me to continue growing, exploring, and healing.

Now, it's time for some rest.

Goodnight, everyone.
