Smoothies and Asian food to be.

Dragon fruit, Melon, Ginger, Dates Smoothie

This Ramadan began with an incredible energy. We made a decision to delve deeper into Asian cuisine and incorporate it into our menu.

We also ventured into the world of smoothies, ensuring that we break our fast with a delicious and refreshing drink. After that, we indulge in a strong cup of coffee, and about an hour and a half later, we savor the food creation of the day.

Food may not be the main focus during Ramadan, but I always make it a point to enjoy the process of preparing and cooking.

Exploring the kitchen and experimenting with different ingredients, spices, and sauces is truly exhilarating. It's like painting, adding light to expose shadows, and vice versa. Cooking is an art, and understanding the importance of providing high-quality fuel to our bodies is key.

We prepared some Korean dishes served in bowls. Eating with chopsticks can be a challenge at times, but what's wonderful about it is that we eat slowly, savoring every bite and relishing the flavors and the moment.

Cooking for family and friends brings immense joy, and cooking with love is one of the most gratifying activities.

We made Sabi noodles with my special mix, as well as rice noodles with shrimp and Kabsa, a Saudi Arabian dish. Our exploration continues, combined with a deep understanding of what we nourish our bodies with and what we should absolutely avoid.

Perhaps I'll find the patience to write down the recipes and share them later on.

Wishing everyone a goodnight...
