Breath in to release

During my breathwork session, the instructor instructed us to close our eyes and breathe in and out through our mouths. However, I found it a bit challenging to speed up my deep, long breaths. Thankfully, the teacher was there to assist and support me.

That session was not easy for me, and I ended up sobbing as there was so much that needed to be released. When we close our eyes and follow someone's guidance, we enter a space that may not be entirely our own. I remained steadfast in my own energy because I didn't want to be influenced by any external energies.

As human beings, we are naturally emotional, and when someone cries next to us, we may feel sadness or be triggered by unresolved emotions within ourselves. In the session, there was a lot of screaming, crying, and even growling as everyone released what they needed to. At one point, I decided to disconnect from these energies and took a deep breath, shutting out the outside world. In that moment, the voices faded away, and I found myself in a safe space to delve deeper into my own issues.

After the session, I had some realizations. Firstly, as humans, we often forget our previous realizations when we are under stress. Secondly, I understood that I am not a superhero and cannot help others unless they ask for it. Each person has their own challenges to face. Lastly, I learned that sometimes we need to accept things as they are and focus on dealing with them rather than trying to change them.

Self-love is crucial because in order to help others, we must first be able to help ourselves. This ability comes from a place of self-love, appreciation, and compassion.

Currently, I am on my way to the airport in Bali, writing this in the taxi. I will now leave you so I can fully immerse myself in the beauty of this place.

Sending love and kindness to all of you.
