What do you say about healers!

When you embark on the path of self-discovery and healing childhood traumas, you encounter a diverse range of individuals. Some are genuine and sincere, while others are deceptive and misguided. There are those who are grounded and nurturing, and then there are those who are down to earth. These are the people who resonate with me.

I have come across individuals who claim to be healers, and for a while, I believed in their abilities. However, over time, I realized that their healing was only temporary, and it only worked as long as I remained in the illusion they created.

Then, one day, an old teacher told me something that resonated deeply within me. He said, "Shaimaa, there are no healers. There are only individuals who possess higher energy and channel it to those who seek it. No human can truly heal another. What we can do is empower people to heal themselves." His words echoed in my heart, and I finally understood that this journey is a solitary one. All I can receive from others is support and guidance along the way.

Nowadays, I see countless practitioners who label themselves as healers. Unfortunately, many of them deceive people by merely addressing the symptoms of their trauma, like painkillers, without addressing the root cause. This approach may temporarily alleviate the pain, but as soon as a trigger arises, everything comes rushing back.

Therefore, in this solo journey of self-discovery, it is crucial to listen to your intuition and remain conscious of the steps you take. Be prepared for the possibility that what surfaces may be unpleasant, but do not suppress it or numb it with unhealthy coping mechanisms. Instead, confront it head-on and seek help from trustworthy individuals if needed.

Yes, this journey may be wild and challenging, but the personal growth and development that occur along the way are absolutely worth it.

Wishing you all a wonderful day!
