Hey you

This month has been anything but easy filled with changes, transformations, and important lessons. The biggest takeaway for me is to stay true to yourself, which is key if we want to see real change in our lives.

I’ve observed my friends going through very difficult experiences, watching how they navigate these challenges. From this space of observation, I see how I can support them, if that’s what they want. The shifts are strong, turning lives in completely opposite directions, and acceptance and flexibility are essential to adapt and move forward. It’s not easy, but I know they are resilient, and they will make it through.

When our energy shifts—whether higher or lower—we often find ourselves drifting apart from the people around us because we’re no longer on the same frequency. This can lead to friendships naturally fading away, and that’s a good thing, as it signals where we are in our personal growth. Between the ages of 38 and 44, I lost touch with many people, and many people lost touch with me. For that, I’m grateful because it showed me that I needed to work on myself and that my energy was shifting.

In relationships, especially between married couples, things often end or shift when the healing process is complete. We enter relationships based on our current state of healing, drawn together by similar energy. This process happens without us even realizing it. When the healing is done, energy shifts, and we need to accept and embrace this change. This allows the healing process to continue and evolve to the next stage.

Everyone we meet, get involved with, or part ways with plays a role in our healing journey and energy shifts. Before getting caught up in the madness of materialistic things, think deeper and notice the shifts happening within. Wisdom comes from recognizing the issue, accepting it, and letting go. When you do, magic happens. You might think it’s easy to say, but this understanding comes from challenging life experiences that have taught me acceptance is the key to serenity in the heart and soul, and it’s a true test of faith.

Every experience we go through has layers, and connecting with the deeper layers brings relief because it leads to understanding. This understanding might not come immediately, but I promise it will reveal itself at the right time, and it will be deeply satisfying and fulfilling.

Your guide is within—it’s your intuition, the first voice that comes from the heart, which we often choose to ignore in favor of the chaos around us. Remember, life doesn’t stop for anyone, and you will love again—differently, but beautifully and tenderly. That will happen when you learn to love yourself the right way.

Love you, friends.

Have a great day, everyone.
