It's OK to be alone

One of the self-love practices is to stay away from and leave behind what causes you pain. In life, we must choose ourselves first, and that is not selfishness; this is self-love. In order to love, care, and be able to give and receive, we must take care of ourselves mentally and emotionally. From that space of stability comes wisdom.

Wisdom arises from balanced emotions and a clear mind. It is the wisdom that guides us through life, keeping us safe and resilient. It connects us with the intelligence of the universe, allowing us to become one with it. Just as trees connect their roots to the ground, spreading them deep and wide, we too must ground ourselves. The deeper our roots, the more we can dance with life, remaining grounded and free no matter what comes our way.

If the price of this stability is to withdraw and work on ourselves, then we do that. The journey to freedom and synchronicity with the universe is joyful, even with the pain that comes with it. It is worth it.

I see people tolerating pain, abuse, and mistreatment. I might have been there before, but once I admitted that to myself, I began my journey to liberation. We are dealing with our own trauma, generational trauma, and hard experiences. This all leaves an impact on our mind, body, heart, and even our DNA. Being aware of this encourages us to do the work.

I am not saying we have it all figured out, because there is much information beyond our reach, and our minds can't always process it. But what we can do is work with what we have here and now.

Once you realize that you haven’t loved yourself enough and haven’t been kind to yourself, the change starts from there. This should be your primary project: me, me, me.

Awareness is our guide in this life. When we become aware of an issue, the healing starts. It’s important not to be fooled by illusions; reality is always clear. Following the first sound that comes to the heart is as accurate as reality.

Have a beautiful day, everyone.
