We had to

Integrating a new lifestyle takes effort and requires patience. If we lose our cool at the beginning of the journey, it becomes difficult to move forward because we let our minds become the obstacle. But if you are patient with yourself, the journey becomes smoother.

Feeling frustrated or short-tempered is natural because you are breaking out of your comfort zone. It will take time to harmonize with the new lifestyle because it’s not just about changing old unhealthy habits—the change runs much deeper. Cleansing the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of yourself takes effort and energy.

If you treat this change as a dance, it will be less discomforting. The discomfort is there, but when you observe the changes happening inside you, it provides the comfort you need to continue your journey.

Whenever we experience change, it often alters many things around us—our routine, sleeping patterns, food choices, and even our connections with people. All of these aspects must be addressed and felt in a healthy manner.

For me, approaching change comes from a space of curiosity, exploring the new and figuring out new ways to navigate life. This approach allows me to stay calm and open to possibilities, which, at least for me, is beautiful.

After studying Qigong and now TCM, I can easily sense if my energy is out of balance or if I have stagnant energy. I can evaluate this based on my emotions and physical sensations.

That being said, be open to changes. Don’t get stuck in patterns that stifle your curiosity. Allow yourself to feel what you feel, but don’t dwell or drown in it. Be patient and kind to yourself, and I wish you a good day.
